The air conditioning situation was a joke—turned off to combat low outdoor temperatures, leaving some rooms uncomfortably warm. I also encountered a lack of maintenance. my original room had windows that couldn't close properly, which made it freezing until I got moved. Lastly, the absence of a mini bar severely limits snack options, leaving a hole in the experience after those long workdays.
